Going on a Bear Hunt

I know it has been a long time since I have posted! I have been a bit busy with diamond paintings and growing a human. Yes, we are expecting! We are very excited for our third little one and I’m very excited for morning sickness to be gone so I can get back to my normal crafting routine.

If you are reading this right now, you are probably stuck at home like the rest of us. It is so important for us to stay home and keep ourselves and our communities healthy. That being said, we need to make sure we are keeping our brains and bodies healthy too! One of the best ways to do that is to go play outside in nature!

Many neighborhoods are participating in a bear hunt. Each family sticks a bear in their front window for children to see while they are out playing. Yesterday, I took the boys on a walk and we spotted two or three bears while we were out. It was a lot of fun!

I wanted to make a bear to put in our window, so I went to Cricut Design Space. I just purchased Cricut Access for the first time and holy moly! There were so many cute bear images I could use; I couldn’t just pick one! So, I made 29 paper bears to put in my window. Haha. I am adding a new one to the scene each day and you can hunt them on my Instagram story daily! Here is a sneak peek!

After our bear hunt is over I’m going to use these guys for scrapbook pages!

If you participate in the bear hunt, go ahead and snap a picture and share it with me. Good luck to all as we struggle through this hard time together. Love you and happy crafting!
