DIY Tiered Tray for $5!

Today I’m going to show you how you can make your own tiered tray using five Dollar Tree items and a little bit of glue and paint! This trendy decoration will make a beautiful addition to your home at a fraction of the cost! But, that’s enough talking, let’s get craftin’!

Supplies:

Start by painting all three pans and both candle sticks. You will want to use a brush with bristles (not foam) to get a rustic look. Let a little of the silver show through on your pans and move the brush in a wood-like pattern. If you need extra help with the painting process make sure to check out the video at the bottom of this post!

Once your paint has dried, spray all five pieces with sealer or paint with mod podge. If you skip this step, the items you place on the tray will scratch off the paint.

Once sealed, it’s time to assemble. Place the pizza pan on bottom with a candlestick (right side up) in the middle. Attach with E6000. Then glue the pie pan on top of the candlestick. Glue your second candle stick on top of the pie pan and finish the whole thing off with the cake pan.

It turned out so perfect! Check out my video for more tips and to see the entire process. Happy craftin’!
