My hubby and I got to go on a date last night which was absolutely fantastic, but meant I didn’t get any crafting done. Today, I decided to make a couple more Father’s Day cards and then create a Walmart book for my mom.

| This is a page from my mom’s book. Except not really. I purchased it for her but apparently it didn’t save the original so I just had it auto fill pictures so I could show you the cute floral design. 🙂 |

I also bought a shadow box on sale. I’ve seen a lot of projects using them but haven’t quite decided what I want to do. Maybe paper flowers? Any suggestions?

If you have been following my blog you might have noticed that I never posted my sewing projects. That’s because I started doing the machine quilting of a baby quilt and got a tiny pucker. I still haven’t decided if I want to leave it or try and fix it so I’m just avoiding it. This is real life people.
